Distance sales agreement
These terms apply when you reserve a Mavi Rota boat tour online.
Parties
The buyer is the lead guest named in the booking. The seller is Mavi Rota Boat Tours, Kaş, Türkiye. Contact details are provided with the booking confirmation.
Service
A shared daily boat tour from Kaş harbour, normally 10:00–18:00, including the published route, swimming stops and lunch. Safety or weather may require reasonable changes.
Price
Adults €45; children under 12 €25. An online deposit of €10 per seated guest confirms the booking; the balance is paid in cash on board. Babies without a seat are free.
Payment and formation
The agreement is formed when the deposit succeeds and a booking code is issued. Unpaid holds expire after 10 minutes.
Performance
Meet at Kaş harbour, pier 3, at 09:30. The service is provided on the booked date. Guests must follow safety instructions.
Cancellation right
This is a dated leisure service, so the general 14-day withdrawal right may not apply. Our stated cancellation and refund policy still applies: free changes and refunds more than 24 hours before; late cancellation refund 0%.
Operator cancellation
If weather or safety prevents the tour, we may offer an eligible alternative date or refund the deposit in full.
Records and disputes
The booking confirmation, payment record and these terms form the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights and the competent Turkish consumer authorities and courts remain available.
